Lakeland at forefront of enhancing member’s online banking experience

Lakeland Credit Union (LCU) is at the forefront of enhancing their member’s online experience with their new online banking and website transformation. This launch includes a more modern and user-friendly website, a versatile online banking system and customizable Android/iPhone apps.  

"Our members will find numerous enhancements to their current online banking capabilities," says John Peters, LCU’s Chief Executive Officer. "Additional features, such as the ability to create a unique username and password, customizable app widgets, and the chance to set up alerts for important transactions and security changes all allow our members the peace of mind that their accounts are safe with Lakeland, regardless of how they access them."

The online banking platform was created with member experience at the forefront. Lakeland worked in collaboration with Celero, a Canadian solutions integrator, and ebankIT, a global digital banking software developer to launch the Celero Xpress™ digital banking platform.
