New platform creates a connected and secure digital banking experience for Connect First members
March 31, 2021 – Connect First Credit Union is thrilled to share we have launched a new innovative digital banking platform, Celero Xpress™, which is powered by ebankIT, an award-winning company providing a leading omnichannel digital banking platform. Our new digital banking solution will effectively serve our 125,000 members and is a critical part of our commitment to ‘make banking easy’.
An omnichannel digital banking platform, Celero Xpress provides us with a 360-degree operational view and a connected and secure experience. This enables us to provide exceptional service to our members; especially as the COVID-19 pandemic continues, this is critical to Connect First’s overall service delivery.

Celero Xpress is the result of a successful partnership between ebankIT and Celero, a leading provider of digital solutions to Canadian credit unions. Together, ebankIT and Celero have made an innovative solution available that is specifically designed for Canadian financial institutions, with features that position credit unions to meet the needs of an increasingly-digitally connected society.

Credit unions across Western Canada will be adopting Celero Xpress over the next several months, with launches occurring every two weeks until the end of August.
